  • An ITM is a banking kiosk similar to an ATM, but with service from a live teller via video. You can use an ITM to complete many of the same tasks you'd handle inside a bank branch, but without a person physically in front of you. ITMs can enable credit unions and banks to maintain high levels of customer support while expanding service hours and locations with limited or no physical staff on-site. With an ITM, you can speak directly to a real person through a video screen, which enables you to complete complex banking tasks you'd normally need to visit a bank branch, like:

  • ITM technology allows a teller to assist the customer remotely via video chat. Sometimes the best way to meet a customer’s needs is to provide service from a real person, and that functionality is unavailable at a basic ATM. 

  • Managed services are a way to offload general tasks to an expert, in order to reduce costs, improve service quality, or free internal teams to do work that's specific to your business.

  • Security patch management is the ongoing process of applying updates that help resolve code vulnerabilities or errors for applications across your system.
